All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where applicable.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We use trusted third-party courier services to deliver orders across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Outlying Areas / Rural Regions: 3–7 working days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the website.
4. Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to no one being available to receive the parcel, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package to us.

Re-delivery fees may apply in such cases.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your parcel directly on the courier’s website.
7. Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it from the courier. Instead, inform the courier to return it and notify us immediately at info@rasasistore.co.za.
If you accepted the parcel but found the product damaged inside, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can assist you.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.
